The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma Elders' have named their Locust Grove Warehouse, stocked full of free items, the "Cherokee Rainbow House".The "Cherokee Rainbow House" was established by the Cherokee Nation Elders Council for people in need of assistance is located in downtown Locust Grove, Oklahoma. Beginning January 1, 1998 the outlet will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 A.M.- 3:00 P.M. When available, clothing, shoes, furniture, etc. will be given to the needy, as usual, free of charge.

Everyone is invited to attend.
The Cherokee Elders Council Inc., holds meetings on the first Saturday of each month in the Mayes County Court House, 3rd floor.
