ORDER
On June 1, 1998, this Court entered an Order which granted Plaintiffs’ Motion to file an Amended Complaint, and the Amended Complaint which had been filed was accepted. Henceforth, all pleadings shall reflect the style of the case, as amended.
Any Motion filed by a member, in good standing, of the Oklahoma Bar Association, to specially appear, pending admission to the Cherokee Bar, or otherwise, pro hac vice, is hereby granted, if not previously granted.
All other pending Motions will be heard on Saturday, June 20, 1998, at, or after, 10:00 a.m. All parties shall be fully prepared to fully present the issues and argument raised by their respective Motions in full detail. In other words, if a Motion is granted, all parties should be prepared to argue their Motion(s), and those who oppose such Motion should be prepared to present opposing argument.
It is the hope and the intent of the Court to hear all pending Motions on June 20, 1998. All parties, and especially parties traveling to Tahlequah, should be aware that the Court will be prepared to stay in session for as long as may be required and may be useful. The Court advises all parties that, brevity in presentation will be appreciated; repetition and redundancy will not.
Any questions regarding this Order should be in writing and addressed to Ms. Lisa Fields, Court Clerk of the Cherokee Nation, Cherokee Nation Courthouse, P.O. Box 1097, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74465-1097, FAX (918) 458-9572, with copies to all parties, for forwarding to the Court.
The Court Clerk is directed to provide copies of this Order, by fax, to all parties or their attorneys of record within twenty-four (24) hours after entry of this Order. Copies are also to be sent Chief Justice Keen and Justice Viles.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 2nd day of June, 1998.
